At Sussex Bell Tents, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item isn't quite right, you can return or exchange any unworn products within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the parcel is securely sealed for transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Parcel

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
